David is an entrepreneur, restaurateur, and founder of FAKAS, an emerging island lifestyle brand redefining what island food can look like. Blending culture, premium fast casual dining, community, and storytelling, David is building FAKAS into something far beyond the plate.
Ashika Pese Co-FOUNDER
The one that never stopped believing in the vision. The creator of so many of our recipes that make us special. A one person hurricane holding down the business, raising two children, juggling a full time career as Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and currently working on a doctorate. The Baddest MADA FAKA out of the crew.
Jono Brucales
Jono’s journey with FAKA’S is what the brand is all about. He started as an employee, earned trust through hard work, leadership, and a deep commitment to the vision, and eventually became a partner in the business. His growth reflects the culture we believe in. Create opportunities, reward loyalty, and build from within. Today, Jono plays a key role in operations, team leadership, and helping drive FAKA’S into its next chapter.
